In this section of the project we will evaluate the analytic validity of the urosensor. A prototype uropathogen detector combining the DNA probe sets, the microfluidics module, and microsensor array will be constructed. The analytic validity of the integrated detector prototype will determined using simulated and clinical urine specimens.
