This is the final section of the project, designed to test whether the integrated urosensor system provides clinically relevant information in an ambulatory clinic providing care to patients at high risk of urinary tract infection. We will test whether electrochemical detection and identification of uropathogens in a selected group of patients at high risk for complicated, recurrent urinary tract infections is associated with clinical correlates of urinary tract infection.
